ME TIME

Everyone is in a hurry.Wonder where they are going. What are they trying to accomplish?Just a look around, and one can see the chaos everyone has created of their beautiful life.No place seems to be positively exuberant of calmness, peace. Tried to observe a religious place and of course found a hurried affair there also. Except for a secluded natural terrain, this pleasant calmness was nowhere visible.

Gross needs of life don't diminish, although these change shades. The balance between work time and relaxation time is missing absolutely.
Remember an incident while i was around fourteen. My grandfather was visiting us and we children were playing Badminton. My grandfather was sitting in an easy chair watching us all from a distance.Suddenly a thought crossed my mind that may be i should go and speak to him for a while,as i get time in between the games. After a small conversation with him of probably two minutes, before the next game started, as i was about to leave, he insisted on, me to sit down for a while and relax. I could see the peace on his face, simply relaxing. Doing nothing for a while.

Today i think how many of us are even aware of this relaxation agenda. Its not that now we do not get that in between short intervals when we are relatively free, its just that we have forgotten to spend that time relaxing with self, spending that time in real joy, knowing self.
Knowing the real self.

We spend that in between luxury time either on phone or in front of a television, creating an endless series of chaos, endlessly enhanced thought process.Too busy in all segments of life causing physical as well as psychological ill health.Don't have time to even die, kind of approach, is by far visible all around.

Blessed are those who are aware and have the smartness to steal that opportunity to relax and gauge the present to be with the moment. Enjoy the moment.
Life is too short. These moments are much shorter than life itself.Their pleasant impact on physical and mental health are exponential, not to speak of the benefits at psychological and spiritual levels.
Again the choice is there.
