Psyche of a human is extremely complex..........Mind can change within a flash a second.......can reach heights and lows within no time.........Mind can fly to any continent at one moment and shift its focus to another farthest one the very next moment......and there is no effort expended..........just a shift of thought......
Very strong and very fast..........generally without any notice...........


Another very powerful and effective phenomenon of humans is the inbuilt essence or attributes of mind.....
One person differs from another depending upon the native culture and creed....background from where he/she originates........the education level.......and the exposure he/she experienced till date..............................................................
still most powerful deciding factor.........the controlling factor perhaps remains......... the gender of the being .


Generally we consider masculine traits as being dominant.......independent,intelligent and competent..............
rational,assertive and analytical.............strong,brave and ambitious............active and competitive.........insensitive............sexually aggressive............ attractive because of achievement.


Similarly basic attributes of femininity we consider as being............submissive,dependent,not very intelligent and incapable................emotional...........receptive.........intuitive.......weak,timid,content..........passive,cooperative
.............sensitive................. attractive because of physical appearance.


With today's general and also specific exposure certain traits of the other gender are being adapted by males as well as females.........
Males are becoming more sensitive and adaptive  .......................Females are becoming more strong and competitive.............. to the extent of outshining the bearer of original trait ............

We as a society fix certain rules and regulations for the kind of behavior expected from its members ..........i.e. certain set of rules for males and another set of rules for females............we have been blindly following these for ages.....without fail.......with a very miniscule or no change.........

Lets review the whole scenario..........................all traits...... be that considered as male or female attributes...........are actually human traits.........openly available to all the humans without any discrimination of gender.......

All these traits should be openly available and encouraged to be used depending on the circumstances........the situation........the requirement.........the need of the hour.........

Successful is the person in the trials of life........who has the capacity and capability to use all these human attributes as and when required.........used appropriately..........effectively.........genuinely..........
without fear.........with love..........with open mind.......


Ardhnareshwar .......a half male and a half female....is no form.....it is the completeness of human attributes............
Every human being has the capacity.......capability to become an Ardhnareshwar..............
Just like The Almighty.

FREEDOM -------BEYOND EMOTIONAL DEPENDENCE

Childhood gives us practical lessons about the physical. emotional  support provided by the elders....our parents.........
Teen years pass while relying the most on friends' opinion......support....a little bit of parent's assurance is also required.
Adulthood witnesses much more competition and hostility in life...again one tries to find solace with a friend....or a spouse..........or a loving elder.......

By this time we start handling our emotions ourselves also.........but still a listening ear soothes ......
Does our emotional dependence decrease with passing years.......or we start being more dependent on others....to take over ....and sometimes play with our emotions......

Have we become dependent ......or dependable........all depends on whether you extended your hand to help others................ or to get help from others...

Generally we don't exercise our potential to find that support from inside ourselves.......and so look at others every time a situation arrives.......in turn becoming more and more dependent....on others'  instincts.......others' capabilities...

What if i practice to find that support...that assurance....that faith.........from within myself.
We all are self sufficient ............He has made us as capable as Himself............very strong..... and complete.

We have the capability of being emotionally independent.....much beyond others' support or opinion....completely free.....
Such pure and real freedom is definitely achievable with some trust build up on one self......some soul searching. 

AN INTELLIGENT CHOICE------PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELLBEING

Knowledge about how to remain healthy physically,mentally and spiritually is available very easily......Almost everybody has an access to the do's and dont's for achieving the desired results......

How many people have the courage to follow certain discipline ........
Get up at the time decided by oneself........
Follow the regime.....
Perspire frantically.....
Have patience for the results to be noticed..........
Handle daily failure......... for the irregularity incurred.......giving hard impact on the psyche.....
Next day again preparing....... pushing .....encouraging oneself for the healthier routine.

Generally speaking people feel that a person who enjoys good well-being is perhaps blessed....
Has very good genes ...........or family setup.......or all that is required for a start up towards good health......

Let's introspect......Can there be something more about those people......
Do they basically....... enjoy healthier habits...... which were formed..... with a great effort on their part........
Is that all the motivating........ or on the contrary demotivating factor......
We forget the inputs of the healthier persons......the hard work of years..or may be decades together...

We look at their well chiseled face.... energetic body.......effectively intelligent mind.....or the pleasing Aura around them.........
Have these persons thoughtfully utilized the twenty four hours provided to every body in a day.......
Did they cut on their lazy hours.......or wasteful activities like gossiping........
Could they priorities their health needs.......their fitness module........

Definitely yes...
That is how they did have enough time for their physical, intellectual or spiritual exercises.........
 for self improvement on a daily basis....for years together..........may be for decades.....to enjoy the sweet fruit of their labor.

LIFE IS UNPREDICTABLE

Suddenly the train came to a halt with that familiar screeching sound......... my thoughts i was too engrossed in.......so could not realize that we have arrived at the big junction ........a very busy station....people running around in all the directions of course with a set job or destination in the mind .........hawkers trying their best for selling better.............coolies,luggage pullers all trying to out smart others...........A peculiar din.......chaos..... noise of other screeching trains.....shouting passengers........visitors......

I was getting used to this situation...trying to breath long and deep.......and at least to remain peaceful...........in this chaotic....idiotic race....ignore it............

The stopover....got over at last and the train again started for its destination........
Hardly a few minutes later the train was passing through beautiful surroundings........lush green forest......beautiful flowers........butterflies of different colors.......green meadows........
Greenery of varied hue and color................expressive nature in its full form.

How could i imagine such beauty was present there at a distance of a few minutes from that chaotic station......simply amazing.......

Deep thoughts again engulfed me.......although my mind was at peace without any effort......different stages of life were flashing one by one.....i clearly remember my preschool building...the principal in his long white cloak...a wide field ......a playground with so brightly colored swings........me very comfortable there.

The very next year we shifted to another city...so got admission in new school .......had new friends...new environment...........got adjusted to it pretty fast......but look again father got transferred to new city....again a changed new environment..............
A span of around ten years was passed in may be twelve different schools in different cities.........each an every time a new set of teachers n classmates was offered with a different new environment.........

Sometimes i wonder ....how much adaptability is required for adjusting to a new scenario...........many a times not very cordial one.......a terrible sense of adjustment to a sudden change..........

Is life preparing us for the bigger pitfalls coming in the future...........
Generally when one feels very comfortable with one's life.....all of a sudden the whole background changes......the warm carpet you are standing on starts moving beneath .......making you vulnerable for another fall..... or....... giving a start for higher platform......

Life is ever changing...the moment you feel at rest it compels you to be dynamic.........and if you are moving ahead fast it compels you to slow down................so unpredictable...........

ETERNAL LOVE

The purest emotion that is gifted to us by The Almighty is love.......The day one is born the first encounter is with mother's love............perhaps the most sacred.............Mother's love for the child seems to be very close to Godly love....unconditional...unending........exceptionally expressive....... so selfless and caring.

As the child grows the mother nurtures him continuously without a single complaint...because she knows that there is no body else for that little one..............to take care of it the way she herself does......She loves it so dearly.......

The child grows into an adolescent.......to a young person...who wants to take his own decisions.....go ahead in life.......He wants to experiment on his own.......take life full on.......

What happens to the protective cover of the mother..............the son or daughter wants to break free of it.......but the mother ........... she still feels that her child is inadequately skilled to protect him or her.......
What is the end result of this tug of war between mother and the child...........No war ever results in love.......
Rather misunderstandings creep in......

The child has to grow up...........face the world..........take up challenges on his own.......learn to take his own decisions..........take up responsibilities .......

The other day i was watching a mother bird encouraging its baby bird........... to fly........
the baby bird was falling here and there as its soft wings were unable to hold its body upright........
Within a few days the little one was able to take short flights.....the mother bird would simply be around........but from a distance.
One fine day i did not see the duo...may be both left....the baby bird was..... may be able to fly with the rest of the flock.....independently....without any help........with full confidence...........tracing the long distances.......on its own.......with its strong wings.......

Task of mothering got accomplished........... the mother bird and the baby bird flew independently.......

Motherly love as we see is godly love only ....but when the child grows up and wants to traverse his own destiny......... that same emotion tries to become a hurdle in his growth..........
That same emotion of pure love and care starts translating to be a very selfish emotion of controlling or possessing the child........
Pure love of mother also pollutes.......what of love in any other relationship..........

Only if we could discard our own selfish motivating factors........any love can transform to Godly Love ....The Eternal Love......we all crave for..................................

AMRIT MANTHAN--------ADVANCED SELF INTROSPECTION

Self introspection everyone knows is analyzing one's own thoughts .......watching one's tendencies......assessing the thoughts and actions ...and also the reactions.
Trying to figure out good and evil thoughts in the process........

Let's look into the parameters of good and bad.......how should they be considered is important............... The parameters set by the society are important for the peace and well-being of the elements of the society i.e. people................But is there any other regulating body ....may be higher than this...........

How about eternal laws........these are definitely not in sync fully with societal regulations..........e.g. one lie which is spoken for protection or good of others  is far better than one thousand truths........similarly a lot many situations come in life............creating confusion..........a discord between mind and soul ........So how to decide what is good and what is bad....

What is Manthan.........a Hindi word having a very deep meaning..........churning.......looks very simple to understand  .........but the action and the result of the action is not that simple...
Let's take an example of churning curd...what happens after sometime.......You get delicious buttermilk....one can stop churning and enjoy the buttermilk..........
But if we don't stop churning the buttermilk................for some more time........... we get butter on the top of it.....
See the butter was not visible in curd or in buttermilk.......but still it was there.......came out with more churning........

Similarly while we churn our mind.....certain hidden tendencies do surface.......one can definitely see the gods and demons of mind.........
Getting to know oneself....one's tendencies is quite helpful....in knowing self.......your true self ........without the veils that were put on you by yourself ....or the society....or the circumstances.

Knowing the eternal self.....the eternal truth.......the eternal laws....which actually rule the whole universe......
Getting NECTAR is as that simple ..............

RESTORE BREACHED TRUST

Trust is based on love and sincerity........
Watch a one year old..... who is learning how to walk.... takes a step forward confidently ......knows for sure that the parent who is encouraging it to walk will be there to support in case the child needs it......
The parent won't let it fall...and so slowly and slowly he learns the skill to walk confidently on its own....

Similarly a rope walker has full confidence on the rope that it won't break....and so enjoys his performance while entertaining the crowd.......

There are umpteen number of instances where we do believe in others for our safety.........like in a plane ,on the pilot.......while boarded on a boat,bus or car,on the driver......and so on.

What happens when this blind trust is broken.......and you experience a free fall ..........a sudden change of the position.....What your body ...............your mind........your soul was comfortable with.........is all gone.
you are not comfortable doing the act .......earlier you may be....... enjoyed doing it .....but all of a sudden you stop trusting......even your own ability......

Does trust come naturally...or it has to be developed........over the years.....
May be sometimes it comes automatically and at other times one has to develop......step by step...restoring it slowly but surely.

Blessed are the people who taste freedom with every act of believing in self and also others abilities...actions.....
They can easily delegate the responsibilities..........
Feel liberated while managing great jobs.........
Of course they reach heights......

Is trust a must ingredient for getting ahead in pursuit of life achievements and beyond ........
Trusting oneself....your own abilities is the most important.......still believing in others is also equally important for one's growth........
for complete freedom.
