I THE MOST UNIMPORTANT WORD -MIND EXERCISE

Generally one likes to talk or listen about oneself , think only about oneself without ever realizing WHAT PHYSICAL OR MENTAL CHANGES ONE IS SHOWING . When somebody is praising me LOOK AT THE BROAD SMILE ON MY FACE . Whether the other person is flattering I SIMPLY CHOOSE TO BE BLIND TO THE IDEA . How remarkable is I ........ BUT HOW IMPORTANT IS I FOR THE OTHER PERSON . May be he does not EVEN LIKE THE CONVERSATION . How about WE .......... Let us try this mental exercise TO TALK , THINK ABOUT WE .Now both me & you are happy .......... NOW let us try the last & the MOST IMPORTANT EXERCISE . Let us TALK ABOUT YOU & YOU ONLY .wow.......... Look at YOUR FACE , SMILING , HAPPY FACE .......... So this is the MAGIC OF NOT TALKING ABOUT ME AT ALL & TALKING ONLY ABOUT YOU .

I , ME , MYSELF

The whole world moves around the word I , ME , MYSELF .Right from the childhood one starts learning that I is the most important ENTITY ON THE EARTH .Generally speaking everyone vouches for oneself & in return generates MORE & MORE SELF EGO for HARMING THE SELF . Ego cannot be confused for the FIRE FOR SELF IMPROVEMENT .Both are different ,one is a negative quality while the other one is extremely positive . Here comes an interesting STORY about how one loves to feel about self . GOD used to WHISPER A FEW WORDS IN THE EARS OF THE BEING BEFORE SENDING him/her to the EARTH TO TAKE BIRTH . All gods & goddesses were very amused for the act of GOD .They really wanted to know WHY EVERY BEING SMILED WITH PRIDE ON HEARING GOD . As they enquired further they got to know VERY FUNNY & AMUSING WORDS THAT GOD TOLD EVERYBODY ON LEAVING for taking BIRTH . The words spoken by GOD to each & every individual are I NEVER MADE ANYTHING OR ANYBODY MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN YOU i.e. you are the most beautiful /handsome on earth . So how is that .----- NOW JOKES APART .May be GOD actually meant the beauty of MIND & look what we thought .

EMPTY MIND

People who r simple at heart & at acts , seem to be at an advantage than the ones who have umpteen number of solutions for a mere problem . Here I dont really mean that one should stop thinking or STOP SOLVING THE PROBLEMS . Basically what I mean is that in the TIMES WHERE EACH & EVERY DETAIL SELLS ( politics /media etc.) it is rather MORE DIFFICULT TO REMAIN SIMPLE . Unneccessary details bring confusion or dissatisfaction or overloading for the mind . SIMPLE MIND OF A CHILD IS MUCH MORE HAPPIER & SATISFIED than an ever thinking mind . Unknowingly we give training to our children , right from the begining to think & and be more & more progressive in SOLVING DIFFICULT PROBLEMS & SITUATIONS . Child does become an intelligent ADULT .But r we giving HER A LESSON ABOUT HOW NOT TO LOOSE UNLIMITED HAPPY DISPOSITION , GOD GIFTS EVERY INDIVIDUAL . R V not giving her INCOMPLETE LESSONS .

MY SPACE

A space where it is ME & ONLY ME . The idea of my space propped up when my TEENAGE DAUGHTER was a little unhappy with some friend of hers . She did not want to share the problem as the friend was quite dear to her & may be she was willing to tackle the problem herself . So as parents we let her go . She needed her space to think & to evaluate the situation .That was perfect as sometimes , we also need time off to solve our small as well as BIG PROBLEMS . Sometimes rushing towards a GOAL RATHER PUSHES U BACK & rather letting urself with the flow reaches u TOWARDS THE GOAL EASILY, PEACEFULLY .Letting the things happen is always beneficial . IT IS THE TIME FOR RETROSPECTION AFTER LONG WORKING SCHEDULE . Then why not to make a HABIT of it --------- After working HARD why not to STOP & EVALUATE the situation PEACEFULLY & then PUSH THE ACCELERATOR again . MY SPACE OR TIME OFF gives PERFECT CLARITY OF MIND . So why not to make use of it .

Religion-----------TO------------SPIRITUALITY

According to an atheist RELIGION IS A BIG SHOWOFF . Although that may be true for some ,but still religion has its own BENEFITS . Getting started towards more aware & concrete living is getting quiet difficult for the present GENERATION . Here religion helps.All the scriptures from SACRED GITA TO BIBLE TO QURAN TO GRANTH SAHIB PREACH the SAME-----------TRUTHFULNESS , HUMILITY , BROTHERHOOD & above all THE PRESENCE OF SACRED UMBRELLA OF THE ALMIGHTY .Following these scriptures in actual dealings is all that one has to LEARN . Materialism is QUIET EASY TO FOLLOW .Breaking away from this NEVER ENDING WEB OF MATERIALISM IS GETTING is more & more DIFFICULT .The soul & the MIND feed on all positive traits to get A MORE PEACEFUL MIND .So enjoy the WARMTH UNDER THE SACRED UMBRELLA . Experience THE FREEDOM . Life is a PICNIC .Dont spoil the picnic with unneccessary NOISE internal ( of mind) or external (of outside chaose) .
