Life is a long journey. During a life time we encounter varied situations, people, ideas......virtues and vices alike.Positive or negative energy is constantly generated depending on the essence of our actions and thoughts.We can't escape this automatic reaction ....the generation. This important energy gets deeply embedded in the mind....stored simply as it does in micro chips.....staying there in the mind for ever, until there is a real effort to erase that memory......or overhaul the mind.
Whatever our actions are, these give rise to reactions in the thought process also......there is no escape.There is deep connection between health of a mind and related body and soul. Whatever is stored in the mind, does impact the body and the soul, positively or negatively.Certain things like accumulation of data in our mind need no intervention....no help for its constant growth with each experience recorded, good or bad, these are simply there....totally effortlessly memorized.
Such storage in the mind whether good or bad, creates thoughts and counter thoughts...again adding to the memory pool.....overburdening already over-accumulative mind....
Is it like adding junk to already over-cluttered mind.................carrying huge baggage of thoughts.....
So life is a journey....right.....and we are travelers...and they say travel light.
This huge baggage can't us let travel in peace....... in enjoyment.......in a state of contentment......in a state of bliss..... which is rather a normal state.
Till the last fraction of either troubling or ego enhancing thought is there, this oversize baggage grows.. should be considered a burden.....until the real flow of pure love comes off a state of silence in mind.
Hearing the silence in mind....rejuvenating the mind, body and soul...enriching self...knowing and being self....
....these are not far reaching....these are very near....much nearer than expected.....
So happy being aware of......................of the presence of this wonderful nectar....the silence...a gift provided to us by the supreme soul.
